| Ladies and Gentlemen, our man behind the pots and pans! Despite having just turned 18, some would say that ‘Little Tosh’ is without doubt the most mature and responsible member of the band – it should be noted that this is seconded by the rest of the band themselves! Having taken up percussion at an early age, Anthony was one of the founder members of the band along with Nick and Scott. He some how finds time to not only gig and practice regularly with the boys, but play squash for Cleveland juniors, spend silly amounts of time throwing weights around the gym, attend boxing training (although Nick being a keen boxer himself maintains ‘that kid can't box eggs’ – queue jabs from Anthony directed at Nicks torso) and on top of all that he can on occasion be found doing a mechanical fitters apprenticeship in deepest darkest South Bank. Rumour has it that he also has an active, albeit secret, interest in the construction of habitual feeding locations for feathered creatures – or bird tables to me and you. Anthony loves a whole range of music but favours 80s rock and modern American style rock – The Chilli Peppers, Nickelback, The Foo Fighters, Guns N Roses and AC/DC all being prominent on his Ipod. However, Anth also has a keen interest in Jazz – so watch out Buddy Rich and co, Ingleby Barwicks finest is hot on the trail. On a mores serious note, Anthony is as dedicated to the cause as the rest of the group and his keen sense of time, rhythm and work ethic are absolutely invaluable. Never one to sit and hammer away in the background, Tosh is more concerned with solid time and keeping things straight. Having just reached the age of pubs, clubs and automobiles, the rest of the boys are dedicating there time to keeping this young starlet on the straight and narrow! |
